I have had the privilege of working with a group of 21 students across years 8-11, to direct and produce a 30 minute version of Much Ado About Nothing, which was staged at the New Theatre Royal on Monday 16th November. This formed part of the School Shakespeare Festival, which we have been a part of for the past two years. The classic comedy was given a contemporary twist with all characters adopting a Superhero persona, which proved to be very popular with the audience! The students, as ever, were excellent ambassadors for the school and should be incredibly proud of their performance which was staged in just less than ten weeks. Well done to each and every one of you!
